Q: Do you offer white label or unbranded eSIM adapter cards?
A: Yes. The White Card programme supplies unbranded eUICC adapter
cards with no logo or branding on the card body, for resale under
your own brand. Minimum order is 1,000 units per variant, with
custom packaging design and printing available.

Q: What is the MOQ for white label eSIM adapters?
A: 1,000 units per variant. Below that, our retail multipacks go
up to 50 units with volume discounts and no minimum.

Q: What is the difference between White Card Pro and White Card Max?
A: Both store 15 eSIM profiles in 460 KB of usable storage and both
work with the Switch Android app and card reader. Pro is Android
only. Max adds iPhone support.

Q: Can the cards be printed with our own logo?
A: Yes, two ways. Packaging can be fully printed to your artwork.
The card body itself can be laser-marked with your logo, provided
the EID, QR code and contact plate stay legible.

Q: Is the management app branded?
A: Standard orders use the public Switch Android app, which carries
our name. A branded profile-scanner app published under your own
developer account and branding is available as an add-on.

Q: Are these cards GSMA certified?
A: The cards use GSMA-compliant eUICC hardware meeting CC EAL5+,
personalised at a GSMA SAS-accredited facility. Full certification
documentation is provided to programme partners under NDA.

Q: Can we get our own EID range?
A: No. GSMA assigns EID prefixes to accredited eUICC manufacturers,
so the first five digits identify the chip manufacturer and cannot
be reassigned. A dedicated range requires your own GSMA EUM
allocation and SAS-UP accreditation.

Q: Will the cards work with every carrier?
A: They work with any GSMA-compliant eSIM profile from any provider.
A small number of carriers filter installation by EID prefix — NTT
DoCoMo in Japan is the documented case. Request samples and test
your target carriers before committing to volume.

Q: Is this OEM or ODM?
A: ODM. The hardware design is ours; you rebrand and sell it. This
means 4 to 10 weeks to market instead of 6 to 12 months, and no
tooling or mould investment.

Q: Do you store our customers' data?
A: No. Profiles are stored on the card itself. There is no account,
no cloud sync and no profile data on any server — so your customer
relationships stay entirely yours.
